Once you accept this Policy, you are deemed to have authorized MobiMeta Limited and its product Sika Credit to carry out the relevant actions in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.
When you visit our application/platform and use our services, we will collect your personal information within the following scope in order to improve the quality of our services. We take our users’ privacy very seriously and will only collect your personal information if you voluntarily provide it.
If you choose not to provide your personal information or later withdraw your consent for us to use it, we may not be able to offer you our services.
To ensure that you can fully use our loan services, we may need to access the following permissions or information.
1. Location
We only collect approximate location information from your device to reduce risks associated with your account and enhance data security. All transactions are protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. Data will be uploaded and stored on our server via a secure connection (https://www.mobimeta.org/).
2. Camera
We request access to your camera, which will allow you to take photos of your identity document and face, and upload them to our platform to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process required for loan services. We do not have access to photos or videos stored on your device. Access to the camera requires your consent, and if permission is not granted, you will not be able to take or update images.
3. Emergency Contacts
We only collect information of two emergency contacts, including their relationship, name, and phone number. This information is used solely to verify the applicant’s identity, assess eligibility, analyze risks, and prevent fraud.
4. Face Recognition
When you use the camera for liveness detection (biometric verification), our app leverages Apple’s TrueDepth API to collect temporary 3D facial mesh data and facial landmarks. This data is processed locally on your device exclusively for liveness detection and is never stored permanently. It is not shared with third parties, used for any other purpose, or retained beyond the immediate verification process. All facial data is automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled from your device.
5. Device Information
To protect your account and prevent fraud, we request access to your device information (such as device model, system version, and unique device identifiers). Only the necessary information is collected and securely uploaded via an HTTPS connection. This information is used for risk control and device authentication and is never shared with third parties. If you wish to delete your data, please contact customer service; we will complete the process within one week.

Whether the information is provided directly by users during registration or collected according to this Privacy Policy, to ensure the protection of your data, we will not share customer information with third parties without prior notice through disclosure or agreement, obtaining your permission, or being required by law. Access to personal information is granted only to employees who need it to process it. Anyone with such access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may face disciplinary actions or dismissal in case of breach.

Sika Credit is committed to protecting your personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, and disclosure by implementing appropriate security measures based on the type of data and how we process it. We retain your information to provide you with a smooth experience, to contact you if account-related support is needed, and to detect, mitigate, prevent, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities. We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services. Additionally, we may retain and use your personal information as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
To protect users’ privacy and be responsible with their data, we provide account deletion access in our APP and website (https://www.mobimeta.org/). However, once the account is deleted, you will no longer be able to use our services, and the data cannot be recovered. If your order status is in application, disbursement, or pending, we cannot provide account deletion service. Sika Credit will continue to retain your data until you pay your bills and the order is settled. For deleted accounts, users can still register again with the same mobile number. However, to prevent fraud, users can only re-register 15 days after canceling their account.
According to the Privacy Policy, (hereinafter, the “Responsible Party” or “Sika Credit”, interchangeably), we are responsible under the terms of the regulation for the collection, storage, disclosure, and use, including access, management, transmission, or deletion of your personal data, and generally for all personal data we collect from our users (hereinafter, the “Data Owners”).
We reserve the right to modify this policy, which may change from time to time. When changes occur, we will update and publish the latest version of this policy on the platform. We recommend that you periodically read this policy to stay informed about the latest changes in this privacy policy. If users continue to access and use the platform and services, it will be considered that they accept the changes to this Privacy Policy.
